When a customer places an order for customized T-shirts, we design and produce the T-shirts based on the customer's selection of the design, size, colour, quantity, etc.
We may not accept returns of customized products based on change of mind or preference, incorrect selection of size, or any other reasons due to the nature of the customization.
If we ship you a product that does not match your order, please email us with your order and pictures right away.
We will review the situation, and if we made an error, we will come up with a solution.
When customer placing an order, it is their responsibility to select the correct size for a T-shirt.
Before Manufacturer is started on a bulk order, customers should verify size and quantity requirements.

Exchanges will be permitted based on the issue in question and product availability. Customized T-shirts will not be eligible for an exchange unless the product is broken, spoiled, incorrectly produced or otherwise a return has been authorized.
Take photos of the package and product and contact us to report damaged package delivery.
